House is situated in the new part of town Nin, near the well known Nin`s sandy beach with healthy silt, near the centre of town, in camp Zaton, restaurant, and shops, asphalt access road, large yard, ideal for children (swimming pool), paled yard and parking area. House in new build and is modern equipped.
