Family house has two apartments for 4 persons and two apartments for 2 persons. Garden, barbecue and parking are by the house. We are situated in the centre of resort. Distance to the sea is 70m, distance to the beach is 10 minutes by walk. It is possible to rent a boat for 6 persons.

What is the location, equipment and services provided?

We are situated in the centre of resort Vodice at the part, where cars are prohibited. South west location offers nice view at houses and sea. Apartments are new, comfortable and fully equipped and air conditioned. Access to the house is easy: to Vodice, around gas station, to the railway station and 300m follow street Dulcin. Safe parking area for 4 cars is situated by the house. Barbecue.

What are the advantages of this accommodation?

Shadow yard with garden furniture is the part of the apartments. Apartment at the first floor has large sunny balcony. Two apartments, which are situated under roof are studios for two and have a common terrace with beautiful view. It is possible to rent a boat for 6 persons.
