The apartments are located on the first and second floor. Owner live in the ground floor. Each floor has separate entrance on stairs outside the house. The house is situated towards the sea, so all the windows and terraces have the sea view. Each apartment has terrace or balcony. Terraces can be closed or opened by the sliding doors. The nearest neighbors are about less than 15m far.
