The reservation is binding after paying a 30% deposit to our account. We confirm receipt of the deposit by e-mail or telephone.
The rest of the amount is paid by arrival.
If guests withdraw from the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
The apartment is available from 13:00 on the day of arrival. Departure until 10:00.
