The following rules are a guide for a harmonious stay. We have established a few rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will help us to be able to provide you with, among other things, a beautiful holiday apartment again in the future.
General Information:
If there is anything missing from the apartment or you need help with anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us. The guest can use all the things that are in the apartment or on the balcony or belong to the apartment. We ask that you treat all furniture and inventory carefully and gently. Please also ensure that your fellow travellers abide by the terms of the rental.
Arrival and departure:
The apartment can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Please leave the apartment by 10:00 on the day of departure. When leaving the apartment, please put the key in the safe or give it to us personally. Thank you very much.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor area and on the balcony. Please dispose of cigarette waste appropriately. You are responsible for damage to bed linen, tablecloths, etc. We will have to charge you for damages. This amount is not included in the rental price.
Number of persons:
Please note that the holiday apartment can only accommodate the stated number of people. Commercial use of the holiday home is not permitted.
Waste disposal:
The larger trash bin and garbage bags, as well as the smaller ones, are in the kitchen or bathroom. Please sort the rubbish as instructed.
