Other information:
The whole villa is rented. Check-in: 16:00-20:00; Check-out: 7:00-9:00. Keys by arrival (the landlord is waiting for you). Payment by bank transfer in advance. Cancellation 15 days before arrival, payment is not refunded. Minimum stay 7 nights. Up to 8 persons - adult/child 2/1 + 2/1 + 1/1 + 1/1 = 6 persons. On extra beds - 2x 1/1 or 2/2 even 2 persons, 1x baby cot for child under 2 years. Laundry, treatment with clinical bioenergy, body massage with aromatic oils, reflexology - foot massage for a fee upon guest's request. The landlord lives on a separate floor of the house - the basement. Guests are not distraught. The landlord is available 365 days/24 hours a day.
Discounts:
Discount on the price for a stay of 2 to 4 people 5% and for a stay longer than 12 nights 5%.
5% discount for early booking 90 days before arrival

Guests prepare their own food. Possibility to provide or prepare food and drink by landlord after agreement.
